- Your IT provider or administrator makes every change. We never ask for passwords and do not need access to your DNS.
- The record we leave documents the work done. It is not a certificate, and not a statement that your firm meets a regulator’s or an insurer’s requirements.
- What we hold about your firm, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice.
